Installation - GNU Radio

Procedure Depreciated  - This information is a now out of date. It still includes useful information, so I'll leave it here, but you may want to visit the GNU Radio Build Guide Wiki for an up-to-date install procedure.

Once the baseline has been build and installed, the GNU radio applications and libraries should build without difficulty.

The following script extract the GNU radio source code tree using CVS.  To use CVS, make sure you set the environment variable CVS_RSH to ssh.  You'll need a live Internet connection to connect to the CVS server.

  cvs_gnuradio.sh

The following shell scripts builds and installs all the GNU radio tar balls.

  build_gnuradio.sh

As with the base line, the following scripts removes all the source and object code trees generated by the build script.

  clean_gnuradio.sh
